It is my experience that the body, given the right ingredients, heals itself. As a matter of fact, the body is the only thing that CAN HEAL ITSELF.
Health is more than just a physical result. It is a combination of many things. The most easily understood of these are MIND/BODY/and SPIRIT. These three areas need to be in alignment for the body to experience ultimate health. When a person works on only one of the three, even if they seem to regain their health in the short-term, they end up becoming ill again within a brief timeframe.
